It’s Story Time!

Hello, friends!

I hope you enjoyed the Pruett family vignettes over the last umpteen days–I lost track of how many there were! Which one was your favorite? Let me know in the comments! My favorite was the last one. The very idea of it brought tears to my eyes!

OK! I have very exciting news! The new website is FINISHED! Thank you…I know you’re all cheering and applauding 🙂 I want, so badly, to unveil it like RIGHT now, but April 29 is such an odd date. I like nice, round dates like…May 1!! Just two more days, folks! Who’s excited?! On May 1, at midnight EST, the curtain will rise, and the glory of new shiny websites will be upon you. What is the web address? I thought you’d never ask! From now on, go to…drumroll please… www.Jes2GStories.com! [insert balloons, confetti, streamers, and all that jazz]

Shortly before then, I will transfer all of you to the new site so you won’t have to bother about signing up for the new site or not getting your Pruett fam fix. For those who are not WordPress.com users and signed up via email, I will figure out how to move you too, but you may have to enter your email address again. Simple enough, right? As a matter of fact…anyone who doesn’t receive a notification on May 1, just go ahead and subscribe again. Thanks!

I’d like to give a shout out to all the lovely people who started following this story within the past two weeks! I hope this move isn’t too jarring for you, but I know you’ll love the new place.

I’d also like to give a shout out to all the Australian readers! I occasionally look at the stats and see what countries you all are from, and there are always a boat load of hits from Australia! I don’t know who you are, but I really appreciate the love and support!

Ok, guys! That’s all for now! There will be fresh post on the 1st welcoming you to our new home…hey! It’s like a housewarming! I remember…the first person to ever comment was desiknight07. The first person to follow the story was the one and only aroseinbloom! Before I started this story here, I had the story going on Tumblr because I wasn’t sure how serious I was going to be. I got five chapters in and was hooked…then the game meltdown and I lost everything. But, I was only five chapters in, so once I reinstalled and got back up running again, I started over with the story that you now know and love! Want to see how it originally started? I know what you’re thinking:  “Why did you change X’s story and personality?” I don’t know lol. I think because I had to start over, I wanted it to be a completely new story and his spunky, cocky edge spoke to me at the time. I really like the original X though! I think our X eventually turned into what the original X was about. He just had to get his party days out of the way.

Ok…I’m gonna let you all go now. Thank you EVERYONE for all the support you have given me over these past seven months! The party isn’t over though! May the next seven months be even more fun and adventurous! See you in two days at the new site.
